Daily fresh bread rolls – completely uncomplicated!

We want to make the start of your day as pleasant as possible.

As a special service, we deliver fresh breads daily , directly from our local baker in the valley to your apartment.

How our service works:
After your first order, which you should please submit to us by 6:00 PM (6 pm), we will automatically order and deliver the same selection of fresh baked goods every morning.
Would you like a change, a different selection of rolls, or would you like to pause the service for a day? Just let us know the day before by 6:00 PM (6 pm) so that we can adjust the order accordingly.

Farmhouse Breakfast
Coffee, milk, butter, jam or honey, 2 bread rolls, croissant, juice, fruit, and yogurt. Price per person: €10.00

Gourmet Breakfast
Coffee, milk, butter, jam or honey, 2 bread rolls, croissant, cold cuts of meat and cheese, eggs, juice, fruit, and yogurt. Price per person: €15.00

We place great importance on local products

For our breakfast, we use eggs, milk, quark, and cream cheese. We also serve Bündnerfleisch and wild Kaminwurzen made from our own hunting, provided by hunter and farmer Valentin. Depending on the season, we offer a variety of berries, nuts, and stone fruits.

So that these delicious fruits can also be enjoyed in winter, we process them directly on the farm into various syrups, jellies, and jams.

Our guests also have the opportunity to pick up small items from our own production in the product corner 

Desserts are freshly prepared by us. We offer a rotating selection including Kaiserschmarrn, Sacher cake, sheet cakes, Linzer cake, pudding made with our fresh milk, waffles, as well as South Tyrolean classics such as apple strudel and buckwheat cake.

Other local products such as cheese, fruit yogurt, and butter are sourced from the Meraner Milchhof dairy cooperative. Speck and sausages come from the neighboring Milln farm. Apple juice is supplied by the Nischelhof farm, and the bread comes from a bakery in the Val Senales, the Santer bakery in Karthaus.

Bread Roll Service
Our guests can also take advantage of the bread roll service, where they can choose from a variety of bread rolls, loaves, and croissants to enjoy.

Packed Lunch
For a snack while hiking in the mountains or in the valley, whether on foot or with other means of transport, we offer a packed lunch consisting of a bread roll with bacon, cheese, and fresh salad. The perfect boost for a lovely holiday day.
