OUR PRICES

The basic price is 80,00€ for 2 people, for each additional person 20,00€ will be charged (pets 10,00€)

BOOKING, DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

Your booking is binding upon receipt of a written confirmation and the transfer of a deposit. We will inform you of the deposit amount via email. You can pay the remaining amount in cash or by bank transfer on the day of departure.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Your booked apartment is ready for occupancy from 4 p.m. and we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest.

MINIMUM STAY

Our minimum stay is 5 days.
 

DOGS & PETS

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. The fee for dogs starts at €10.00 per night. Please bring a dog blanket or basket, as well as bowls and food.
 

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS & TRAVEL INSURANCE

Things can always come up. If you're unable to arrive or need to leave early, these are our cancellation conditions:

You can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.

For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged.

Within the last two weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price.

Please note that in the event of a no-show, we will charge 100% of the stay. In the event of an early departure, 100% of the booking price will also be charged.
